Yes. It's carbon in the same crystal as a mined stone, graded on the same color and clarity scales, and nobody at our bench can tell the two apart by eye. Fake would mean a different material copying the look, like cubic zirconia or moissanite, and neither is on this page. Every center stone in these 68 solitaires is a lab grown diamond.
