He sent one photo of his grandfather’s signet and a paragraph about his hands: framing houses all week, nothing that snags, wide enough to read across a room. Our designers kept the crest and dropped the whole profile. He approved the second render, and it went to the bench that afternoon.

Five questions worth answering before you start.
It depends on the metal, the diamonds and the size, so we quote it instead of guessing at it. Tell our designers your budget in the form above and they’ll design to that number rather than past it. The quote arrives with your free 3D design, before you’ve paid anything.
Here it usually costs about the same as our ready-made jewelry, because our own factory makes both. What custom adds isn’t cost, it’s design time, and the design is free.
Your free 3D design is usually back within 2 business days. Once you approve it, making the ring takes 7 to 9 days in our own US factory. US shipping adds 1 to 3 business days after that. Tell us the date it has to be ready and we’ll work backwards from it.
Then we redraw it. You get a photoreal render of your exact ring, and the metal, the stones, the width and the profile can all change, round after round. We only start making it once you approve the design and the price in writing.
No. We set our own diamonds only, and that’s what lets us stand behind the finished ring with our Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty. If there’s a ring in the family you love, send a photo of it and we’ll design a new one in its spirit. The original stays exactly where it is.
