2. Package Your Item
Follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service staff to properly package, insure, and ship your items back to our office.
3. Ship Your Return
Send the package to the following address: PrimeStyle 22 NE 1st Street, Suite 201 Miami, FL 33132

Return Eligibility

- Items must be in "new and unused condition."
- Accompanied by original paperwork and appraisal.
- Refunds will be issued minus shipping fees ($29.99 for US customers and $59.99 for international customers).

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or personalized pieces
- Items showing signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than PrimeStyle.com
- Modified items (eligible only for Exchange or In-store Credit)
- Loose diamonds will be authenticated upon return.

Important Notes

- Packages without an RMA number, shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.
- PrimeStyle is not responsible for additional duties, taxes, shipping, insurance, or customs fees on international transactions.
- Prepaid duties, taxes, shipping, insurance, or customs fees are non-refundable.

International Customers

When sending the order, please mark customs fees to the sender, not the recipient. Failure to do so will result in PrimeStyle rejecting the package.
