We offer a 30-day return policy with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund, exchange, or upgrade, subject to the terms below.
Easy Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact PrimeStyle Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
2. Package Your Item
Please follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service team to properly package, insure, and prepare your item for return shipment. All returned items must be fully insured for their purchase value.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Be in new, unused, and unworn condition

Be accompanied by original paperwork, certificates, and appraisals

Pass inspection and quality control upon receipt
Approved refunds are issued for the actual item price, less applicable fees.
Refunds, Shipping & Processing Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A flat shipping fee of $29.99 for U.S. orders and $59.99 for international orders will be deducted from approved refunds.
If an order is canceled or returned after payment has been processed, credit card processing fees charged to PrimeStyle are non-refundable. The processing-fee portion will be issued as in-store credit, redeemable at primestyle.com with no expiration.
Refunds are processed promptly after inspection approval.
Non-Returnable & Limited-Return Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

Custom-made or personalized jewelry

Engraved items

Modified items, including custom head settings or customized center stones

Items showing signs of wear or alteration by any jeweler other than PrimeStyle
Modified or custom items may be eligible for exchange or in-store credit only.
Ring size adjustments are not considered a modification and remain eligible for refund or exchange.
Orders containing custom or modified items cannot be canceled once placed.
Loose Diamonds
All returned loose diamonds are subject to:

Certificate and internal report verification
Returns are approved only if the diamond and accompanying documentation are intact and unaltered.
Important Notes

Returns without an RMA number, shipped after the 30-day return window, or shipped improperly or uninsured will be refused.

Items that fail inspection may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
International Customers

PrimeStyle is not responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, international shipping, or insurance costs.

All international return shipments must be marked with customs fees billed to the sender, not the recipient.

Packages shipped with duties or taxes billed to PrimeStyle will be rejected.

Prepaid duties, taxes, shipping, insurance, and customs fees are non-refundable.
