The buying experience was good very helpful. Broke up payments for me cause my daily limit couldn't handle the cost intitially. That was very helpful. Didn't know it was an option. Shipping seemed to take a While. Don't forget about custom fees. The only thing, and I was refunded for the engraving cause my ring showed up without the engraving I paid for. I really wanted it engraved. To make it personal and unique. But it was somehow missed. But other then that she loved it.
