PRIME STYLE JEWELRY · DIAMOND MANUFACTURER · SINCE 2001

About PrimeStyle:
The Factory Behind The Price

We're a diamond jewelry manufacturer, not a store that resells someone else's rings. We've made our own diamond jewelry in our own US factory since 2001.

This page is written for the person who just typed our name into Google to check whether we're real. So it's built from numbers, documents and policies you can hold us to.

Who makes PrimeStyle jewelry

Prime Style LLC, a diamond jewelry manufacturer founded in 2001. We design our own pieces, make them in our own US factory in Miami, and sell them ourselves.

People write the name both ways, PrimeStyle and Prime Style, and both find us. The part that actually matters is the one most jewelry sites keep vague: we're the manufacturer. Buy Prime Style jewelry and you're buying from the company that cast the metal and set the stones, not from a site that ordered the ring in and marked it up.

That's also why the prices read the way they do. You're paying our margin and nobody else's.

Is PrimeStyle legit?

Yes. Prime Style LLC has made diamond jewelry since 2001, the factory is in Miami, and every order carries a 30-day return window and a written warranty.

You shouldn't take a company's word for that, though. Nobody who's about to spend four figures should. So here's what you can check yourself, before you spend anything.

Send it back inside 30 days

The window starts on the ship date, not the order date, so the days it spends in transit don't eat into it.

Have it appraised by someone who isn't us

Take the piece to an independent appraiser inside those 30 days. If the appraisal doesn't come back significantly higher than you paid, you're entitled to a refund. We put that in writing because it's the fastest way for a stranger to check our pricing.

Read the warranty scope, not the warranty name

Ours is a Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty, and the full scope is written out further down this page: what's covered, what you pay for, and the one thing that voids it.

Reach a person, during posted hours

Not a ticket queue with a number on it. The two channels keep their own hours and we list them separately, because averaging them would be a small lie.

Read the reviews we don't control

Search our name and you'll land on Trustpilot, Reviews.io, the Better Business Bureau and a Reddit thread before you land on us. We'd rather you read those than a testimonial we picked out ourselves. When we do publish a customer review, we don't edit it, including the punctuation.

We're a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating. That link goes to the BBB's own record, not to a badge we drew ourselves.

How your ring is actually made

In our own US factory, after you order it. Apart from a limited ready-to-ship line, nothing here is pre-made: your piece gets cast, set and finished once the order is in.

Plenty of jewelry sites say they manufacture. Almost none will tell you what the steps are or how many days each one takes.

  1. 01

    Ordering

Your order is confirmed and specced out: metal, stone, finger size, engraving. Nothing goes into production before that's settled.

  2. 02

    Casting

The metal for your piece is cast.

  3. 03

    Stone setting

A setter seats each stone by hand and closes the prongs over it.

  4. 04

    Polish & finish

Final polish, rhodium where the design calls for it, then a last inspection before it's packed.

You're updated as your piece moves through those four steps, and the tracking number goes out as soon as it ships.

5 to 7 business days

To make a standard order.

7 to 9 days

To make a custom piece, after you've approved the design. The free 3D design comes back to you in 2 business days, with no deposit and no obligation to buy.

1 to 3 business days

US shipping after dispatch, free. We keep the two numbers apart on purpose: shipping is upgradable at checkout, so any door-to-door total we printed would be wrong for anyone who upgrades.

What "custom" means here

Send an idea, a photo, or a rough sketch. You get a free 3D design back in 2 business days, you approve it or ask for changes, and only then does anything get cast. There's no deposit to see it, and no obligation once you have. What we can't do is work with a stone or a piece you already own: we make every piece start to finish with our own diamonds, so we can stand behind all of it. An heirloom-inspired new design, yes. See how custom works.

Why buying from the source costs less

Because you're paying one company instead of a chain of them. There's no distributor, no wholesaler and no showroom rent priced into your ring.

At the deepest end of the catalog the saving runs up to 78% off retail. As a rule we sit roughly two to three times below what the same piece costs at a local retail jeweler, and that gap is the whole reason to buy from a factory instead of a store.

0% APR financing is real here, and you apply for it at checkout. We won't promise you a rate, a term, or an approval, because that call belongs to the lender and not to us.

What comes with every order

The same package whatever you spend.

The PrimeStyle Jewelry Report

A document stating the item's value for insurance plus its specifications: the metal, and the 4Cs of the diamonds. It's in the box with every order.

Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty

Here's the scope, because a warranty name on its own tells you nothing. Labor on repairs, damage and cleaning is covered, and materials such as gold, diamonds and rhodium are billed at factory cost. Prong tightening, prong straightening, polishing, cleaning and stone inspection are free, and you cover the shipping to us and back. The line people miss: it's void if another jeweler works on the piece, so send it to us rather than to the shop down the road.

30 days to change your mind

Counted from the day it ships.

Certificates, with the lab named

Loose diamonds are EGL certified unless the listing says otherwise. A lab-grown center stone of 1.00ct and up comes with an IGI certificate, included rather than sold to you as an add-on.

A free ring sizer

Ask for one and we'll mail it. You don't have to buy anything first.

Packaging

Every order ships in a jewelry box inside a shipping pack.

What people say about Prime Style jewelry

Most of what's written about us isn't written by us, and that's the right way round. Our reviews live on sites we have no control over, so read those first and come back after.

When we publish a customer review here, it runs exactly as the customer wrote it. We don't tidy the wording and we don't fix the punctuation.

Questions people ask about PrimeStyle

Is PrimeStyle.com legit?

Yes. Prime Style LLC has made diamond jewelry since 2001 and our factory is in Miami. Every order ships with the PrimeStyle Jewelry Report, carries a 30-day return window that starts on the ship date, and is covered by our Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty. Most of what's written about us sits on third-party sites we don't control, and we'd rather you read those than take our word for it.

How can you tell if a jeweler is legit?

Ask for specifics and see whether you get them. Where is the piece made. How many days does it take. Which lab graded the stone. What does the warranty cover, and what voids it. When does the return window start. A jeweler who answers those plainly is telling you something; vague answers are the warning. Ours are all on this page.

What is the best online diamond retailer?

There isn't one right answer, and any site claiming to be it is selling you something. Compare on specifics instead: who actually makes the piece, how many days it takes, which lab graded the stone, what the warranty covers, and when the return window starts. Ours are published on this page so you can hold them next to anyone else's.

Does PrimeStyle really make its own jewelry?

Yes. We have made our own diamond jewelry in our own US factory since 2001, and the factory is in Miami. Apart from a limited ready-to-ship line, everything is made to order, which is why a standard order takes 5 to 7 business days to make. Your piece is cast, set and finished after you order it.

What happens if something goes wrong with my ring?

Contact us and we'll take care of it. Prong tightening, prong straightening, polishing, cleaning and stone inspection are free under the Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty, and you cover the shipping to us and back. On repairs and damage, labor is covered and materials are billed at factory cost. One line worth reading twice: the warranty is void if another jeweler works on the piece.

Diamond pricing and how to judge a stone are answered properly in the Learning Center, not squeezed into a paragraph here.

Ask us the awkward question

This is a lot of money to hand a company you met online, and we know it. So ask the question you'd rather not ask. You'll get a straight answer from a person, and if the answer is no, we'll say no.
