There's no question attached to it. It isn't an engagement ring and it isn't a wedding band, so it doesn't have to sit flush against anything or match a set. That's the freedom in it. The design can be as wide, as open or as busy as you want.
Usually the right, which keeps it clear of an engagement ring and band. Measure the hand you'll actually wear it on. Your dominant hand normally runs a quarter to a half size larger than the other one, and on a wide ring that difference is enough to matter.
Because the diamonds aren't concentrated in one center stone. These carry stones across the whole design, so you're paying for total carat weight spread over more setting work rather than for a single stone in a plain mount.

One thing worth knowing first: if the design carries diamonds the whole way around the shank, it can't be cut and rejoined the normal way, so the size has to be right at the order. If you're between sizes, contact us before you buy.
Plenty of people wear one on the other hand and some stack it above a band. If you want something shaped to sit against a ring you already own, contact us and our jewelers will design it. The 3D design is free, with no deposit and no obligation to order.
