Usually no more than ready-made here. Because we manufacture in our own factory, a custom piece is priced like our regular factory-direct jewelry: you tell us the budget and we design to it, not past it. You see the exact price with your design, before anything is made.
Your free 3D design is usually back within 2 business days. Once you approve it, making your piece takes 7 to 9 days in our own US factory. US shipping adds 1 to 3 business days on top. Tell us your date and we’ll plan backwards from it.
Almost everything: the metal, the diamond shape, size and origin, the band width, the setting details and the overall proportions. Send the design back with your notes as many times as it takes. Design rounds are free, and nothing is made until you approve.
No. We make every piece start to finish with our own diamonds, so we can stand behind all of it with our Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty. A stone we didn’t source is the one part we can’t guarantee. What we love to do instead: design a new piece inspired by the heirloom, in its spirit, while the original stays safe and untouched.
Both, your choice. We work with natural and lab-grown diamonds and will show you what your budget buys in each. Every piece ships with the PrimeStyle Jewelry Report, which records the insurance value and full specifications. Lab-grown center diamonds of 1.00 ct and up include an IGI certificate.
Until you approve the design, nothing is made and nothing is charged, so you can stop at any point. Once a custom piece is made to your approved design, it is eligible for exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund. Every piece is covered by our Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty.
