Anything that changes from one collection to the next is answered on that collection’s own page. What’s identical across the whole store lives here. If your question is about a specific piece, contact us and ask about that piece.

Trust and who we are
The question the whole decision turns on, answered first.
Yes. We’re a diamond jewelry manufacturer in Miami, we’ve sold our own pieces direct since 2001, and we’re a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating.
The rest of this page is the long version of that answer. You’re buying from the factory that makes the ring, not from a marketplace that forwards your order to somebody else. Every piece ships with the PrimeStyle Jewelry Report, you have 30 days from the ship date to send it back, and when you contact us you’re talking to the people who made it.
We’re a diamond jewelry manufacturer, not a reseller. Everything we sell is cast, set and polished in our own US factory in Miami.
We’ve been manufacturing in our own US factory since 2001, and the manufacturing has been ours throughout. That is the whole basis of how we price. More on the about us page.
Because you’re buying at the source. There’s no wholesaler and no showroom between our bench and your hand, so catalog prices run up to 78% below retail.
A retail jeweler pays for inventory, floor space, staff and insurance long before your ring reaches the case, and all of it is priced into the tag. We cast the metal, set the stones and ship the piece ourselves. Same diamonds, same gold, a different number.
Yes. Every diamond we set is a real diamond. It’s a natural diamond unless the product name says lab grown, and a lab-grown diamond is a real diamond too.
We sell both on purpose and we don’t rank them for you. Natural diamonds came out of the ground. Lab-grown diamonds are grown in a lab and reach very high color and clarity grades consistently. Both get set the same way, by the same setters, in the same factory. Compare them at your own budget: natural diamond rings or lab-grown diamond jewelry.
Every piece ships with the PrimeStyle Jewelry Report: the value of your item for insurance purposes, plus its full specifications, the metal and the diamond’s 4Cs.
Lab-grown center diamonds of 1.00 carat and up include an IGI certificate as well. Loose diamonds are EGL certified unless the listing says otherwise. A CGL certificate can be added to an order as a paid extra at $49.99 to $54.99. There’s more detail on certificates, care and insurance.
Yes, with one honest caveat. Product photos are shot enlarged and lit hard so you can see the setting, so a ring is smaller in life than it is on your screen.
The item photographed is the item we make. What moves is what you choose: carat weight, metal color and finger size all shift the proportions away from the sample in the picture, so read the specifications as the truth and the photo as the look. If you’re stuck between two combinations, contact us before you order and we’ll talk you through the difference.
Timelines
Ordering, making, delivery
Two numbers, kept apart on purpose: how long we take to make it, and how long the carrier takes to bring it.
Standard orders take 5 to 7 business days to make. Almost nothing here sits in a warehouse waiting to be picked, so that time is real production.
Your order goes through casting, then stone setting, then polish and finish, and we update you as it moves. A custom piece takes 7 to 9 days to make instead. Either way, you get a tracking email the day it ships.
US delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. International delivery takes 2 to 7. That clock starts the moment the piece leaves the factory, not the moment you order.
You can upgrade the shipping speed at checkout, so any door-to-door total we printed would be wrong for everybody who upgrades. Add 5 to 7 business days of production to whichever shipping option you pick.
Shipping inside the US is free, fully insured, and requires a signature. Faster service is available at checkout for an extra charge.
International orders normally go out on FedEx International Priority. Duties and customs charges are set by your own country and they’re yours to pay, but they’re calculated on our factory-direct price rather than on a retail price, which usually makes them smaller than people expect.
Yes to both. Every shipment is insured, and the carrier won’t hand it over without a signature.
If nobody’s home, the carrier leaves a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. It’s a small inconvenience, and it’s also the reason a box of diamonds never gets left on a doorstep.
Yes, but the address has to be verified before we can release the package. That’s a condition of insuring it, so it isn’t a step we can skip.
There’s more than one way to verify and it usually takes a few minutes. Place the order, then contact us and we’ll go through the options with you.
Your piece arrives in a jewelry box, inside a shipping pack, with the PrimeStyle Jewelry Report for that item.
That’s every order, from the smallest pendant to the largest bridal set. The Report is the document you’d hand your insurer: it states the item’s value for insurance purposes and its full specifications.
Fit
Sizing, engraving, resizing
What to do when you don’t know her size, and what it costs if you get it wrong.
Ask us for a ring sizer. We’ll mail you a free plastic sizer, no purchase needed, so you can measure a ring she already wears on that finger.
Borrowing a ring she wears is still the most reliable method there is. Our ring size chart converts US sizes to the international ones. And if you’d rather order now and adjust later, read the resizing answer below first, so you know what that costs before you decide.
Quarter sizes are orderable, so if she falls between two sizes you don’t have to round at all. Our published range runs up to size 13.
Rounding up to the next half size is the fallback when a quarter size isn’t what you want. Above 13 it depends on the design, so send us the style and the size and we’ll tell you plainly whether we can make it.
It can, and the two effects pull against each other. Most of our bands are comfort fit, and a comfort fit slides on more easily, so on its own it usually runs about half a size large.
A wide band pushes the other way. It covers more of your finger, so it feels tighter and you size up. On a wide comfort-fit band, which is most of what we make, the two mostly cancel out and your normal size is the right one. Tell us the width you’re looking at and we’ll tell you where you land.
A resize is $49.99 for gold and $69.99 for platinum. It’s free in one case: if we shipped the wrong size, you cover the return shipping and nothing else.
We resize our own jewelry, not other people’s, so a ring from another jeweler is one we have to turn down. A band set with diamonds the whole way around also has far less room to move than a plain shank, so ask us about your specific ring first. Contact us with your order number and we’ll set it up.
Yes. Give us the inscription with your order and we’ll engrave the inside of the band before the piece ships.
We confirm the engraving charge and the character limit with you when you place the order. Re-engraving a PrimeStyle ring later is $29.99. One thing worth knowing in advance: engraving we did costs you nothing extra if you return the piece, while engraving done somewhere else after delivery carries an $83.99 fee on a refund.
Made for you
Custom work
What we’ll make from an idea, and the one job we turn down.
Yes, and the design itself costs nothing. Send an idea and we come back with a 3D design in 2 business days, with no deposit and no obligation to buy.
A photo, a screenshot, a rough sketch or a few sentences is enough to start. Begin by phone, on live chat, or by email, whichever suits you. Once you approve the design, the piece takes 7 to 9 days to make in our own factory. The custom jewelry page walks through the whole process.
No. We work with our own diamonds only, and we don’t take in jewelry we didn’t make.
A stone we didn’t source is the one part of a finished piece we can’t stand behind, and we’d rather say so than take the job. What we do instead is design a new piece inspired by the original, in the same spirit, while the heirloom stays exactly where it is. Send our designers a photo of it and they’ll work from that.
After it arrives
Returns, refunds, warranty
The window, the fees, and what the warranty actually covers.
You have 30 days from the ship date. A $29.99 outbound shipping fee comes out of a US refund, and $59.99 on an international order. A custom piece can come back too: a $100 customization fee is held as store credit toward your next order.
Start with the form on the returns page; the returns department replies in 2 to 3 business days with instructions. Send the piece back in its original box, inside a padded mailer a carrier will insure. If you want us to provide the label, it’s $29.99 for 2-day and $39.99 for overnight. The outbound fee is waivable by a manager, and a mistake on our end is exactly what that’s for.
The refund is issued 5 to 10 business days after your return reaches us and passes inspection. Authorizing the return takes 2 to 3 business days before that.
Those are two separate clocks and it’s worth keeping them apart. The returns department answers your request in 2 to 3 business days; the money moves 5 to 10 business days after the piece is back with us. If you take store credit instead, it’s good for one year from the day it’s issued.
Every piece carries our Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty. It covers the labor in what we made: the setting, the prongs, the finish.
Prong tightening, prong straightening, polishing, cleaning and stone inspection are free, and you cover the shipping to us and back. On repairs and damage, the labor is covered and materials are billed at factory cost. One line worth reading twice: the warranty is void if another jeweler works on the piece. Full terms sit on the warranty page.
Take your piece for an independent appraisal inside the 30-day return window. If it doesn’t come back significantly higher than you paid, you’re entitled to a refund.
It’s an appraisal guarantee, not a price match against another website. An appraiser you chose values what’s in your hand, and we stand against that number rather than against somebody else’s advertising.
Paying
Payment
Cards, financing and layaway. Plus the tax question, which has a short answer for almost everybody.
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay at checkout.
Cards run through fraud screening before an order is released. That’s normal for jewelry at these values, and it occasionally means we’ll ask you to verify something before we start making your piece.
Yes. We offer 0% APR financing, and you apply for it at checkout.
What we can’t tell you is your rate, your term, or whether you’ll be approved, because that decision belongs to the lender and not to us. The financing page covers how the application runs.
Yes. A layaway balance is due in full within 3 months.
If you need longer than that, ask us before you start and we’ll tell you what’s possible. Your 30-day return window still runs from the ship date, so it doesn’t tick away while you’re paying. Terms are on the layaway page.
Only on orders shipping to Florida, where the rate is 7%. Everywhere else in the US, no sales tax.
The 7% is Florida’s 6% plus Miami-Dade’s 1%. It’s applied at checkout, so you see the number before you pay it.
Two. Call your card issuer and ask for a one-time increase, which most of them can do on the spot, or ask us to split the payment across two days.
The first route is faster and it’s the one we’d try first. If it doesn’t work, contact us with your order number and we take the first payment, then the second the following day.
Reaching us
Contact and security
Real hours for every channel, and what happens to your details.
Phone runs Monday to Friday, 9AM to 7PM ET. Live chat runs Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM ET. The contact form takes messages at any hour.
We list the two sets of hours separately because rounding them into one range is how you end up typing into a chat window nobody’s watching. Chat closes two hours before the phone line does, so between 5PM and 7PM ET the phone is the live option. Every channel is on the contact us page.
Checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and what you give us stays confidential. We don’t sell or rent your information to anybody.
Any current browser works: Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, as long as it’s kept up to date. Card transactions also pass through fraud screening before an order is released. The privacy policy sets out what we keep and why.
Ask us the thirty-first question
If it isn’t on this page, it’s usually specific to your piece, and that’s the kind of thing we’d rather answer directly than guess at in writing. Phone Monday to Friday, 9AM to 7PM ET. Live chat Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM ET. The form takes messages at any hour.
