You’re in the majority. We’ll help you estimate it without spoiling anything: a borrowed ring, a phone photo, a friend recruited to the cause. We confirm the size with you again before we make the ring, which is the cheapest time to catch it. If it needs resizing after it ships, that’s a paid service. It’s on us only if we made it the wrong size.
No. We set only our own diamonds, and that’s how we stand behind every ring with our Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty. What we can do is design her ring in the heirloom’s spirit: its shape, its era, its details, with the original kept safe exactly as it is.
