Yes, and every ring on this page is set with them. A colored lab diamond is grown the same way a colorless one is, with the color element introduced while the crystal forms. The result is a real diamond with the color built into the stone, not a coating and not a treatment applied afterwards.
A diamond whose color is strong enough to be graded on the fancy color scale instead of the D-to-Z colorless scale. Boron makes it blue. Nitrogen makes it yellow. Pink is different, it comes from strain in the crystal lattice, not from an added element. Hardness and wear are the same as any other diamond.
