Free shipping in the US

Shipping inside the US is free, fully insured, and requires a signature at delivery. Faster service is available at checkout for an extra charge. We ship with FedEx and USPS.

International orders

International orders normally go out on FedEx International Priority. Duties and customs charges are set by your own country and they are yours to pay, but they are calculated on our factory-direct price rather than on a retail price, which usually makes them smaller than people expect.

When your order ships

We are the factory, so most pieces are made after you order. A made-to-order piece is made, inspected and sized in 5 to 7 business days. A ready-to-ship piece leaves in 3 to 5 business days. You get a tracking number the day it leaves.

Need it sooner? Tell us when you order and the factory will expedite it where it can, and a faster carrier service can be chosen at checkout.

Delivery time

US delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. International delivery takes 2 to 7. That clock starts the moment the piece leaves the factory, not the moment you order.
