I play a fun game of spades every two weeks and I get so many compliments and until I blush. I wear it a lot. I'm glad I bought it. Thanks for the price deal I got.

THE DETAILS
Buying a Lab Grown Pear Shape
Orientation and the point. Those are the two questions people ask, and both have straight answers.
Toward the fingernail on a ring, in almost every case, because that's what lengthens the finger. On a pendant it hangs the other way, point down, and that's correct too. Nothing stops you wearing a ring the other way round; it just looks like a mistake.
It's the one part of the stone that can chip, so we cover it with a V prong that wraps the tip instead of pinching it. Set that way a pear takes daily wear like any other shape. Left exposed it wouldn't, which is why we don't leave it exposed.
Most people land between 1.45 and 1.75 times as long as it is wide. Nearer 1.45 it looks full and rounded. Nearer 1.75 it looks dramatic and lengthens more. Outside that range it stops reading as a pear and starts reading as a mistake.
It's diamond. Same crystal, same hardness, same optics, graded on the same color and clarity scales, and it wears identically. It grew in a lab instead of underground, and it costs well below a mined pear of the same specification.
A pear is the natural shape for one. It hangs point down on a chain without any help from the setting, and the curve at the top gives the bail something to sit against. You'll find pear solitaire pendants on this shelf alongside the rings.

About Our Lab Grown Pear Shaped Jewelry
A pear is the shape people ask about. It's asymmetric in a room full of round and square stones, it spreads the same carat across more finger, and the point gives the eye somewhere to go. It also asks more of the setting than any shape except a marquise.
All 22 designs here are made to order in our own US factory, in 14K or 18K white, yellow or rose gold, or in platinum, around the center weight you choose.
Engagement rings, bridal sets and solitaires lead the shelf, with halo rings, solitaire pendants and studs alongside. The stones run every one of them lab grown, and prices range as low as $837.99.
Every point on every pear we set gets a V prong. That's not an upgrade, it's how the stone is meant to be held. The setting work carries a Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty, shipping inside the US is free, and returns run 30 days from the ship date.
