No, and it's worth being plain about it. The heart is the outline of the pendant, and the stones set into it are round brilliants. If what you want is an actual heart cut center stone, we make those as solitaire pendants and you'll find them on our solitaire pendants page.
The bail is the small loop at the top that the chain runs through. It decides how the piece hangs. A heart is wide at the shoulders, so a bail that sits off the center line lets the whole shape tip sideways and the outline stops reading as a heart. It's the part to look at in the photos, not just the diamonds.
